Element: Develop an operational response to incidents
  • Assess and report on the nature, extent and degree of threat from the incident
       
Element: Establish communication channels to allow required exchange of information with key stakeholders and relevant support agencies
       
Element: Analyse resources and vulnerability of the situation and report issues to key stakeholders
       
Element: Identify immediate action required and act according to delegation

Assessment Tasks
